Helping to design the future of Hamburg-Eidelstedt was an exciting, innovative and value creation process
The Eidelstedt Center is a well-established district center in the north west of Hamburg. The owner decided to carry out a full revitalisation of the popular center after 30 years of operation. As an experienced and long-term partner, IPH was instructed with a range of additional management activities. The letting team developed a new and well-positioned leasing concept. The eventual letting of 95% of the center by IPH was not only a major success in terms of occupancy rate, but IPH’s launch campaign also generated a high level of visitor interest at the reopening. IPH now focusses on the pro-active and future-orientated district center management.
