The mixed-use centerpiece of the Munich district of Neuperlach is a joint venture between Concrete Capital and BHB and is due to be completed by 2022. IPH Handelsimmobilien GmbH has been exclusively instructed with the positioning and letting. IPH was involved at a very early stage in the development process and has managed both the architectural competition and the entire planning process. IPH has already let around 5,000 m² retail space in Perlach Plaza. The new tenants include a Lidl supermarket (1,700 m²), FitStar fitness studio (1,800 m²), the Stadtsparkasse München bank (1,350 m²), the hotel Ibis Styles (5,000 m²) and the bio supermarket Tegut (2,700 m²). 60% of all retail space has been prelet prior to commencement of construction.
